The best way to keep your skills sharp is to practice. And, in my opinion, the best way to learn is by doing.

This is why I practice coding techniques on personal projects in my spare time. I like to come up with simple site ideas and create the sites. I enjoy taking time to plan out the site’s development.

Some of the projects I’ve worked on have been on a temporary basis. Sometimes there are simple enhancements to be done and sometimes they are temporary projects. In either case, they are sites that I have worked on as some point in recent history but they may not necesarily contain any of my content.

“Why do you include them on this blog?” you might ask yourself. Well, mostly it’s because they are big companies. I am happy that I have worked in one way or another on these sites even if some have gone through some heavy changes since I last touched them.
