Conventions

I’m back from Atlanta. Needless to say that CFUnited Express was great. It was a great opportunity to socialize, learn, and ponder new and current technologies.

I will be working on a presentation for my coworkers on JQuery. I will post it online once I’m done.

Very exciting stuff. Can’t wait to dive deeper into Java’s possibilities with ColdFusion.

Tomorrow some coworkers and I are going GA to participate in the CFUnited Express in Atlanta. This promises to be a very interesting experience. I am very excited since this has been in the works for a while and I’m glad I get to be a part of it.

Even though I am looking forward to all the talks, the one that intruiges me the most is John Mason’s Build great applications with jQuery and ColdFusion. I am hoping that they showcase something really interesting and I also hope they convice two of my colleages to convert from EXT.

It promises to be a con not soon to be forgotten. I will post back any interesting happenings. For live updates, you may check out my twitter.
